Features of Neuroendocrine and Hormonal Disorders at Growth Hormone Deficiency in Adults with Mass Lesions of Hypothalamus-Pituitary Region

Abstract

In this article the author analyzes the status of 40 adults with tumors of the pituitary region, of whom 35 (87.5 %) had growth hormone deficiency with neuroendocrine complications. Specific for growth hormone deficiency in adults is a symptom complex of mental and emotional disorders status, which is determined on the basis of a questionnaire.
