Features of registration of capacities of market operators in the field of food safety and quality

Abstract
In this scientific article the peculiarities of registration of capacities of market operators in the field of food safety and quality are disclosed. The concept and signs of registration as a means of public administration in the field of food safety and quality are defined. The classification of registration procedures in the field of safety and quality of food products is proposed.
