FEATURES OF REVIEW OF COURT DECISIONS OF ADMINISTRATIVE COURTS IN THE PROCEDURE OF CASSATION PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
In the article on the basis of analysis of views of scientists and norms of the current legislation of Ukraine features of review of court decisions of administrative courts in the order of cassation proceedings are considered. It is stressed that the review of judicial decisions of administrative courts in the procedure of cassation proceedings is one of the most important guarantees of the fair administration of justice and observance of legality in administrative proceedings.
