FEATURES OF SERVICEMEN INSURANCE UNDER THE LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE AND THE USA

Abstract
The article deals with issues of servicemen insurance in compliance with current and perspective legislation of Ukraine, taking into account experience, insurance of servicemen under the laws of the United States. It is proposed to provide possibility of voluntary insurance with compulsory state support.
