Abstract
The article investigates the features of the process of convergence of the criminal legislation of Ukraine with the EU law and policies for the defense of the right of the proper, safe and healthy working conditions. Analysis of the current EU legislation of safety and health at work is done. The comparative legal study of criminal law of the current legislation of Ukraine and EU Member States in the field of occupational safety and health.
