Features of the legal status of attestation commissions established by the employer

Abstract
The article considers legal problems of the status of attestation commissions of employees created at enterprises, institutions, organizations based on the owner’s decision. Types of the legality of such commissions and their powers determined by local statutory enactments of the employer are identified. A special focus is put on the employer’s right to independently determine the legal status of the attestation commission and the exclusion of trade union organizations’ workers from participation in the attestation at the legislative level. At the same time, the paper reveals legal possibilities of participation of trade union organizations in terms of the collective agreement based regulation in the field of work.
