Features of the State Bureau of Investigations in Ukraine: Administrative and Legal Basis

In the article the administrative and legal principles of the SBI activity is revealed. The features of separate directions of activity of SBI are characterized. The specifics of each of them are highlighted and its theoretical and legal analysis is carried out.
