FEATURES OF THE SUBJECT OF EVIDENCE OF SEXUAL ASSASSINATION

Abstract
The article discusses problems of proof in criminal proceedings in Ukraine. Determined that the main element of proof is his subject, who is concretize through in respect of each offense. Discusses the circumstances that are subject to proof during pre-trial investigation in the murder cases of sexual violence.
