Abstract
Investigational activity of custom organs of Ukraine in relation to defence of intellectual ownership rights. Directions of assistance defence of intellectual ownership rights which are guarded in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine are analysed. The features of custom control and custom registration of commodities, which contain objects intellectual ownership rights, which are guarded in accordance with a law, and brought in on custom territory of Ukraine or taken out from custom territory of Ukraine, carried out in a general order from, are studied.
