FEATURES TO BE LIABLE FOR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIVERING JUDICIOUS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article identifies the peculiarities of bringing to justice the refusal to provide judicial services in Ukraine. The author defines the concept of administrative responsibility for refusing to provide judicial services as an application to persons who violated not only the procedure for the provision and receipt of a certain administrative-legal act, but also the procedure for handling an object of high danger, etc., administrative penalties entailing negative consequences for these persons and imposed by the authorized bodies or officials on the grounds established by the norms of administrative legislation.
