Abstract
আল্লামা ইবনে খালদুন তাঁর বিখ্যাত রচনা আল-মুকাদ্দিমা গ্রন্থে বিভিন্ন শাস্ত্র সম্পর্কিত আলোচনা প্রসঙ্গে ফিকহশাস্ত্র ও তার মূলনীতি বিষয়ে সারগর্ভ আলোচনা করেছেন। ইবনে খালদুনের এ আলোচনাটি জ্ঞানীজনদের কাছে ফিকহ শাস্ত্র এবং এর ইতিহাসের ওপর একটি প্রামাণ্য ও দালিলিক আলোচনা হিসেবে গণ্য এবং দীর্ঘকাল পর্যন্ত এটি প্রাথমিক উৎস হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে। তাঁর এ প্রবন্ধটি রিভিউ করেছেন সৈয়্যেদ মোহাম্মদ জহীরুল হক। - সম্পাদক
