Finance: a cholistic approach

Abstract
The main goal of the article is to show by basing on a holistic analysis of the problem that finances are the component of vital activity sphere for economic entities of all levels (personality, family, firm, community, state), within which they provide highly efficient economic activity and at the same time fulfil the processes of purposeful movement of capital exchange value in monetary terms to achieve originally planned levels of capitalization. There are conceptions which are redefined such as financial flow, financial resource, financial activity, financial institution and financial system.
