FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL SERVICE COOPERATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
Purpose. The objective of the article is to consider theoretical and practical approaches to financial supply for performance of agricultural servicing cooperatives. Methodology of research. To solve the defined problem, the author applied general scientific and special methods of economic investigation: analysis and synthesis – to study particularities of some sources of financing and argue a possibility of their combination; the system approach – to present fundamentals of creation of the mechanism of financial supply for agricultural service cooperation; the abstract-logical method – for generalization and conclusions making; the method of social interviewing – to study the viewpoints of small agrarian producers concerning the problem of financing for cooperatives. Findings. The work describes particularities of application of internal and attracted sources of financing for agricultural service cooperatives. The research grounds prospects of application of grant support for their creation and gives a critical assessment of the existing ideas of small agrarian producers concerning participation of the state in solution of financial problems of agricultural cooperation. The article concerns relations between self-repayment of a cooperative and stimuli of its members to become a part of the union, as well as considers financial aspects while arguing sizes of the service cooperatives. Originality. There is a growing interest to development of the fundamentals of financial support for agricultural service cooperation basing on specified application of some financing instruments. Practical value. Results of the research can be locally used in the process of creation of agricultural service cooperatives.
