FINANCIAL AND LEGAL BASIS OF REGULATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND AGRICULTURAL RELATIONS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the relationship of state regulation of natural resource management in the agricultural entities own production activities and noted that the relationship of the state and farmers in Ukraine based on the principles of financial support, including financing measures to ensure sustainable use and restoration of natural resources. Based on the analysis of the mechanisms of budget support for ecological and agrarian land use and forest use, the necessity of legal regulation of such support within the framework of the Institute of financial law has been substantiated.
