FINANCING OF THE JUDICIARY OF UKRAINE AS A GUARANTEE OF JUDICIAL INDEPENDENCE

Abstract
The article analyzes the features of the financing of the judiciary as a guarantee of the principle of judicial independence. There were presented sources of legal regulation of financing of the judiciary in Ukraine. It was investigated the mechanism determining the proper financing of the judiciary of foreign countries. Singled out the positive aspects and disadvantages of the current financing mechanism and its amount. Proper funding is considered by the authors as an effective means to ensure the independence and prevention of corruption offenses in the judicial branch.
