Abstract
Potrebata od rana intervencija kaj decata so o{teten vid vo ramkite na celokupnite sogleduvawa od celokupniot tretman na decata so posebni obrazovni potrebi, vo posledno vreme, be{e postojano aktuelizirana. Toa ja nametna potrebata da se izvr{at podgotovki za odr`uvawe na nau~en simpozium so stru~waci od na{ata zemja i od stranstvo so cel da se sogleda potrebata od donesuvawe soodvetni merki za organizirawe na rana intervencija. Vo noemvri 1996 godina vo Struga se odr`a Simpozium za raniot tretman i predu~ili{noto vospitanie na decata so hendukep so me|unarodno u~estvo. Na ovoj Simpozium u~estvuvaa i dva stru~waka za rana intervencija kaj decata so o{teten vid-Van de Verthorst i Marion van Mens-Veisz, od ustanovata "Bartimeus# od Holandija.
