Fixed point results satisfying rational type contractive conditions in complex valued metric spaces
Journal Title: Annales Mathematicae Silesianae - Year 2016, Vol 30, Issue
Abstract
The aim of this manuscript is to establish fixed point results satisfying contractive conditions of rational type in the setting of complex valued metric spaces. The derived results generalize and extend some well known results in the existing literature.

A general fixed point theorem for implicit cyclic multi-valued contraction mappings
In this paper, a general fixed point theorem for cyclic multi-valued mappings satisfying an implicit relation from [19] different from implicit relations used in [13] and [23], generalizing some results from [22], [15],...
A note on the square subgroups of decomposable torsion-free abelian groups of rank three
A hypothesis stated in [16] is confirmed for the case of associative rings. The answers to some questions posed in the mentioned paper are also given. The square subgroup of a completely decomposable torsion-free abelian...
The motivic Igusa zeta series of some hypersurfaces non-degenerated with respect to their Newton polyhedron
We describe some algorithms, without using resolution of singularities, that establish the rationality of the motivic Igusa zeta series of certain hypersurfaces that are non-degenerated with respect to their Newton polyh...
Invariant means on Banach spaces
In this paper we study some generalization of invariant means on Banach spaces. We give some sufficient condition for the existence of the invariant mean and some examples where we have not it.
Stability of functional equations in dislocated quasi-metric spaces
We present a result on the generalized Hyers–Ulam stability of a functional equation in a single variable for functions that have values in a complete dislocated quasi-metric space. Next, we show how to apply it to prove...
