FORATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF INITIAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION IN GERMANY: HISTORICAL-PEDAGOGICAL ANALYSIS

Abstract
The problem of primary vocational education in Germany is highlighted in the article. It characterizes the formation and development of the process of primary vocational education. In addition it describes the main periods of its development: the initial-forming stage, the technical-regulatory stage, the structural-reorganizational stage, renewable-legislative stage, the uniting-modernizational stage.
