FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF LABOR LAW AND THE POSSIBILITY OF ITS APPLICATION ON ENTERPRISES OF UKRAINE

Abstract
Purpose. The purpose of the publication is to analyze the current trends in the standardization of labor in Ukraine, to identify the disadvantages of the normalization mechanism and to develop ways of eliminating them, drawing on foreign and domestic experience. Methodology of research. In the process of research used general scientific and special methods for the implementation of the tasks set in the article, іn particular, methods were used: analysis and synthesis - in the implementation of the analytical characteristics of the valuation and organization of labor in modern enterprises to identify existing deficiencies; Comparison and generalization - to apply the experience of foreign countries in the field of labor valuation at Ukrainian enterprises. Findings. A literary review of the problem under study was conducted. The essence of the concept of "normalization of labor" is analyzed, which is substantiated in the scientific works of various researchers. It is established that the standardization of labor acts as the first stage in the development of measures to optimize the cost of production resources in order to increase the economic efficiency of production. It is determined that the use of foreign labor market best practices in the field of labor valuation will contribute to reducing labor costs, saving labor costs, reducing the cost of production and improving the efficiency of management. The standardization of labor at modern enterprises was characterized and the shortcomings of valuation and organization of work were identified, a methodical tool was developed for the application of the experience of foreign countries in the field of labor valuation at Ukrainian enterprises. Originality. The constituent elements of the system of labor standardization are defined and their generalized in the structural-logical scheme. The ways of improving the standardization of labor at modern enterprises of Ukraine are proposed. Practical value. The proposed structural-logic scheme will allow to improve the standardization of labor at Ukrainian enterprises. Ukraine’s use of the positive experience of developed countries in the field of regulation of labor standards will promote the effective operation of enterprises and the achievement of competitive positions in the market of production.
