Foreign experience of legal regulation of military-service relations during a special period

Abstract
The article analyzes the theoretical and practical prob- lems of legal regulation of military-service relations in a special period. It is noted that despite recent changes to the legislative support of the regulation of military-ser- vice relations in Ukraine, there remain a number of prob- lems that need to be overcome as soon as possible to ensure law and order and the rule of law in the troops. Taking this into account, the priority areas for taking over the foreign experience of the regulatory legal regulation of military-service relations are outlined.
