Foreign experience of state control over observance of the legislation on transport and possibilities of its use in Ukraine.

Abstract
The article substantiates the relevance of studying and taking on the foreign experience of state control over the observance of legislation on transport with an emphasis on the experience of the countries of the European Union. The main possibilities of using foreign experience in Ukraine on state control over compliance with the legislation on transport are analyzed and summarized.
