Foreign models of innovation activities

Abstract
In the article have been discussed issues of innovation activities. By the author made a comparative analysis of countries, such as USA, Japan, Russia and European countries. The creation of an innovative environment in the republic, as well as the intensification of the innovative activity of local higher education institutions, becomes an objective necessity, ultimately determines the relevance of the scientific work we carry out.
