FORENSIC EXPERTISES, CONDUCTED DURING THE INVESTIGATION OF ROAD ACCIDENTS FORENSIC

Abstract
The possibilities of expert studies, which are appointed in the investigation of road accidents, are disclosed based on the analysis of the materials of investigative, judicial and expert practice, as well as scientific sources. Separate recommendations on the order of their appointment are given to minimize expert errors. The conclusion on the priority of the appointment of complex expert studies in the investigation of these criminal encroachments is substantiated.
