Formation and Development of Software and Regulatory Support of Physical Education of Students' Youth in Ukraine

Abstract
It is well known that the effectiveness of the physical education is determined by the level of its scientific, organizational and programmatic normative providing. One way to improve the efficiency of the system consists of the development of scientifically grounded physical education program. For the integral methodical system of application of health technologies creation in the process of students’ physical education it is necessary to find out the general mechanisms for the implementation of health technologies in the educational space of higher educational institutions. It determines the actuality of our research. The article describes the content, structure and orientation training programs of physical education in higher education institutions for a long historical period. The analysis of programmatic normative providing of students’ physical education of the special medical separations in Ukraine in the XX and at the beginning of the XXI centuries is done. Filling of variable components of the basic program of physical education as a result of introduction innovative health methods and technologies in the educational process is grounded.
