Formation and development of the exchange market of Ukraine

Abstract
The paper evaluated the current state of the exchange market of Ukraine and discussed the factors that cause its inefficient operation. The analysis of the current state of trading and revealed problems of formation and functioning of the agricultural market exchange. The influence of external factors and quality of legal support for the activities of stock exchanges. The role of commodity exchanges as an important component of agricultural market infrastructure. Since Mercantile Exchange is for supply of raw materials and stabilize the future market price situation on the raw materials used by enterprises for further processing and sale of consumer products on the market, in Ukraine the role and significance of commodity exchanges. The dynamics of exchange activity in Ukraine was analized.
