FORMATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY IN UKRAINE IN THE CONTEXT OF THE EXPERIENCE OF POLAND

Abstract
The features of the management system in the sphere of environmental protection in Poland are studied in the article. The main trends and problems of the process of forming the environmental policy of Poland in accordance with EU requirements are determined. Recommendations on the formation of Ukraine’s environmental policy in the context of further deepening the process of decentralization and the chosen course for European integration based on the experience of Poland are developed.
