Abstract
The article determines the factors influencing the formation of the project team, the main responsibilities of the project Manager, to create the best team environment. The basic stages of formation of the project team. Analyzed classic approaches to the distribution of roles between project team members. Formed recommendations that will allow team members to pass all stages of development and reach their full potential in accordance with modern requirements.
