FORMATION AND REALIZATION OF TACTICAL ADMISSION IN ADJUSTMENT PRACTICE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of the essence of tactical admission, on the basis of the analysis of scientific literature and practice of the organs of pre-trial investigation. The questions of origin and implementation of tactical methods are considered. It is suggested that practically any investigative action can also be attributed to tactical techniques, but taking into account the further introduction, created tactical admission, within the framework of scientific research. Based on the material examined, the findings are aimed at improving the work of investigating units in the investigation of criminal proceedings.
