Formation of corporate culture depending on specifics of the enterprise

Abstract
Directions of specification of corporate culture based on companies specific features are formulated. The structure and composition of specific features that define the specifics of corporate culture of enterprise are offered. Characteristics of industry specifics that influence management of its corporate culture are identified. Features of corporate culture formation on the basis of business size, industry specifics and within the chosen organizational structure of enterprises are outlined.
