Formation of corporate management strategy in subjects of corporate entrepreneurship of agricultural sector of Ukrainian economy

Abstract
The approach to the formation of a corporate management strategies is considered in the article, which is aimed at ensuring development and coordination in accordance with changes in the external environment, market conditions and the need to ensure competitiveness at the corporate enterprise as a whole. The differences between the two types of strategies of corporate formations (strategies of expansion and rationalization) are revealed by 3 stages of their implementation - organizational design, implementation of strategy and monitoring of integration activity.
