FORMATION OF MOTIVATION TO EMPLOYMENT IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL REHABILITATION OF THE RELEASED FROM PENAL INSTITUTIONS MEN

Abstract
The article describes theoretical principles of the professional rehabilitation of the men released from penal institutions, historical experience of the patronage of former prisoners is shown. The necessity of formation of a motivation for the employment of this category of clients is proved. The results of the experimental work on forming the motivation for the employment of the released persons are shown.
