FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF BACHELORS IN THE FIELD OF LAW IN CANADIAN UNIVERSITIES

Abstract
The article deals with the peculiarities of professional competence formation of Bachelors in the field of law in Canadian universities. The knowledge, skills and abilities acquired by future lawyers in the educational process are analyzed. The professional tasks which should be performed by a legal specialist in his or her professional activity are characterized.
