FORMATION OF THE NATIONALLY-LINGUAL PERSONALITY AS A COMPONENT OF ETHNOCULTURAL EDUCATION AT THE EXPERIMENTAL SCHOOL «TRYVITA» (LVIV)

Abstract

Experimental School «TRYVITA» is an experimental educational institution of Ukraine. There were used the experimental curriculum integrated courses «World of the Little Ukrainian» by M. Chumarna for primary school; «Visual Arts and Artistic Work in the 1-4 grades» by L. Soltys; «Man in the March through Ages» for 5-11 grades; «Ukraine and Ukrainians» for 7-11 grades as amended in accordance with the requirements of the State Standard of complete secondary education, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 23.11.2011 p. №1392. In the midst of creating of ethno-cultural educational environment lays teaching staff of the school, which develops nationally-lingual personality of young pupils through extracurricular activities. The school is working in this direction through a number of groups, to which 67% of the students are involved; the children are active in the field of search and research, involved in the creative work. Works by Mariia Chumarna are of great importance: her works «Journey to the Ukrainian Fairytale» and «From the Beginning of the World», «Ukraine in symbols», manuals for primary school, primers, etc. Collections of poetry are actively involved to the educational process by teaching staff. Almost all educational books and collections of poetry by Mariia Chumarna are filled with this deep Ukrainian philosophy. Thus, the author`s «Bukvaryk» is illustrated with Trypillian ancient symbols. In the author`s Ukrainian program «World of the Little Ukrainian», approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the most clearly is focused concept to develop nationally-conscious personality of the young pupil, which is implemented through the subject lines: Ukrainian fairy-tale, the living word.
