FORMATION OF THE STRATEGIC PORTFOLIO OF THE HOTEL BUSINESS ENTERPRISE

Abstract

On the basis of theoretical and methodological research, the analysis and evaluation of the strategic portfolio of the hotel business using the matrix of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) was conducted. The competitive positions of a product (service) of a strategic business unit in the sphere of hotel services were determined. According to the BCG matrix, alternative strategies for each hospitality enterprise were suggested.
