FORMATION OF THE SYSTEM OF PROCEDURAL INSTITUTES OF THE REGIME OF CIVIL PROCEDURAL SECURITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the clarification of methodological issues of the system formation of civil procedure institutions, which, at their essence, are intended to provide legal regulation for civil procedure security. Based on the analysis of traditional institutions of civil procedure, it appears that their purpose is also lies in additional task – promote or to regulate the implementation of the right to security in civil proceedings. The interconnection of security and regulative standards with the system formation of the institutions of procedural security is tracked. On this basis, it is suggested that it’s appropriate to divide such institutions into two groups (regulative and security) for legal regulation and civil procedure security action; and for the order of the right to security (terminative, restrictive, incentive and aggravating).
