Formation of the system of risk management in the process of strategic development of trade enterprise

Abstract
The article presents the essence of risk management as a system. The scheme of its organization as a process, procedures of risk level determination and probability of risk situation are offered. Risk management model, risk position, the strategy and methods of trade enterprise risks decline in the process of its strategic development are grounded. У статті викладено сутність управління ризиками як системи. Запропоновано схему організації його як процесу, процедури визначення рівня ризику та ймовірності ризикової ситуації. Обґрунтовано модель управління ризиками, ризик-позицію, стратегію та способи зниження ризиків торговельного підприємства в процесі його стратегічного розвитку.
