Formation of tolerance of foreign students in the process of training in the polycultural environment in universities

Abstract
Scientific approaches to the definition of the phenomenon of "tolerance", the types and forms of this phenomenon is con¬siders in the article. A number of factors that significantly influence the formation of tolerance among students of institutions of higher education are presented. As ways of forming tolerance, the rejection of social prejudices, negative social stereotypes, the development of an objective attitude to any person, regardless of its individual characteristics, the development of the abilities and skills of tolerant interpersonal interaction, the use of lecture, discussion, game forms and training in teaching and educa¬tional work for formation of tolerance are offered.
