FORMING BANKING RESOURCES TOWARDS IMPROVEMENT OF CONDITIONS OF DEPOSIT SERVICES

Abstract
The article deals with the process of motivation of physical persons to attract savings in the banking sphere by improving the conditions of bank deposit services. The main factors determining the rather low trust of citizens in the domestic banking system are determined. An estimation of efficiency of deposit programs of the commercial bank was conducted. The bank's deposit policy for effective attraction of natural resources resources is mathematically substantiated. The model allows you to evaluate the effectiveness of choosing a deposit program by achieving the required level of balance on client deposit accounts in a particular commercial bank.
