Forming of partner relations between employer and employees as an instrument of sale enterprise's competitiveness increase

Abstract
In the article the influence of personnel management on efficiency of sale organizations activity is investigated. Eight directions of partner relations creation between an employer and employees are selected with the goal of sale enterprise's competitiveness increase.
