FORMING OF PROFESSIONAL POSITION OF FUTURE MEDICAL WORKER IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL ТRAINING IN MEDICAL COLLEGE

Abstract
In the article investigational a process of forming of professional position of future physicians is in the process of studies in medical of institute of higher of I-II of levels of accreditation. An analysis is carried out scientifically pedagogical literatures in relation to the different aspects of socio-professional position, which shows on principle the different going near determination of pedagogical terms of forming of professional position of physicians. The primary objective of this work is to carry out the scientific analysis of problem of forming of professional position of future medical workers in modern of sociocultural terms. Outlined system valued-semantic positive attitudes of future specialist toward professional activity, its features, terms, results, multicultural space. During research certainly pedagogical terms which will provide forming of professional position of future medical workers: democratic educative environment of educational establishment, professionally ethics culture of physicians. In addition, outlined social-psychological factors of effective education professionally ethics cultures of future medical workers. The indexes of formed are considered professionally ethics cultures of future medical workers. In the process of research certainly professionally ethics qualities of medical workers: moral duty, moral and civil responsibility, justice, honor and dignity, tolerance, mercy, and others like that, from the level of which directly forming of professional position of future physicians depends in the process of studies in a medical college.
