ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ ЛИЧНОСТНЫХ ДИСПОЗИЦИЙ И СОЦИАЛЬНО ЗНАЧИМЫХ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТЕЙ В СИСТЕМАХ ВЫСШЕГО И НЕФОРМАЛЬНОГО (АЛЬТЕРНАТИВНОГО) ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of forming personal dispositions and competencies, which today bear the transformational potential. It is noted that education performs not only socio-economic functions related to the preparation for the work of a new generation of workers, professionals, representatives of different professions. Before the education system today there are even more global and significant challenges caused by the need for systemic changes in Ukraine, the translation of values that can serve as a basis for these changes. The mechanisms of formation of such socially significant competences as: innovation, communication skills, lifelong learning, creativity, critical ability to cooperate, and others are analyzed. cooperate with others. It is emphasized that some of the above competences, the system of higher education are not being formed effectively enough. In the author’s opinion, in the current situation, the development of separate areas of alternative (or informal) education plays an important role. This refers primarily to training courses and trainings from institutions, organizations and experts that are not participants in the higher education system. It is noted that the potential of the higher education system in the use of new methods, in particular project management, for the development of personal dispositions of students. In our opinion, both the system of higher education and the system of informal (alternative) education will be most effective, basing their work on common methods and tools that allow to form stable behavioral characteristics of a progressive, active personality included in professional and social civil activity.
