Forms activity of municipal police of Ukraine

Abstract
The article investigates the legal, organizational and logistical modalities domestic municipal police as innovative municipal law and reveal the characteristics of their implementation in practice. Stated that the most important for the municipal police have such legal form as a constituent, rule-making, enforcement and monitoring. On the whole spectrum of forms of the municipal police due to the following factors: pluralism of forms of law enforcement and local government; assigned to municipal police tasks and responsibilities; determined to create a municipal police; fixed power (competence) municipal police; permanent search for new (improved) forms and practices of municipal police and others.
