ФОРМУВАННЯ ГОТОВНОСТІ ВЧИТЕЛІВ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ ДО ТРУДОВОГО ВИХОВАННЯ УЧНІВ В ПРОЦЕСІ ПРОФЕСІЙНОГО САМОВИЗНАЧЕННЯ

Abstract
The article substantiates the essence of labor education as a structural element of the system of professional self-determination of student youth. The poll conducted by us, showed that only 24 % of teachers of labor education include labor education of schoolchildren in the process of professional self-determination. About 42 % of teachers do not use the system of labor education in the process of professional self-determination. This gave us grounds for the development of methodological recommendations on the organization of labor education in the process of technological preparation of schoolchildren, the justification of the didactic signs of the classification of educational and work activities of schoolchildren, the definition of the preconditions for the combination of professional self-determination and labor education. Also, we have studied the set of components that provide the integrity and systemic quality of designing labor education in the system of subject-transforming activity of schoolchildren, which gave us the opportunity to comprehensively explore the integration of labor education into the system of professional self-determination of student youth.
