ФОРМУВАННЯ УПРАВЛІНСЬКОЇ КУЛЬТУРИ ЯК НЕОБХІДНА УМОВА ПОПЕРЕДЖЕННЯ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНИХ КОНФЛІКТІВ

Abstract

V. Nagaev. Forming of administrative culture as necessary condition of warning of organizational conflicts. The article of scientific research are theoretical, methodical and methodological aspects of warning of organizational conflicts on principles of forming of administrative culture of specialists of agrarian industry. Most terms of successful permission of organizational conflict are had psychological character, as represent the features of educational, cultural and educator level of specialists. The purpose of the article is a ground of pedagogical terms of forming of administrative culture of managers of agrarian sphere on основі introductions of two-tier педагогогической technology of development of professional компетентносты of future specialists. Research methods: monographic analysis of theoretical sources on issue of research, prognostication of administrative situations, design of processes of forming of управленчкской culture, planning of the systems for creation of organizational algorithms of pedagogical technology, factor analysis of affecting mechanisms level of development of administrative culture. Research results. The administrative culture of agrarian managers is determined as a constituent of professional competence which unites the aggregate of knowledge, abilities, world view aspirations and other personality internalss, which provide effective professional activity by application in the process of acceptance of administrative decisions of spiritual norms, educator levers of воздействаия, humanism principles and moral values. With the purpose of forming of administrative culture of specialists of agrarian sphere in the conditions of higher educational establishment we are offer two-tier pedagogical technology which on макро- and macrolevels provides achievement of educational aims through the construction of the didactic system on principles of humanizing, гуманітаризації, development of spiritual and moral internalss of будующих specialists on the basis of organization of creative educational environment. Application of this approach removes objective reasons of conflict co-operation in the conditions of production due to introduction of more clear model of management, and also promotes the level of qualification of employees, which assists the removal of possible subjective reasons of conflicts. Purview of research results. The got results can be applied in practice of preparation of ууправленческого personnel in the conditions of forming of his administrative culture as making professional competence.
