FUNCTIONING OF AN INDEPENDENT MONETARY POLICY IN EUROPE IN RECENT YEARS

Abstract
This article focuses the peculiarities of the independent monetary policy in Europe, dividing the research into strategy of monetary policy of the European Central Bank (ECB) and the Deutsche Bundesbank (DBB), which served as successful model for ECB. The ultimate objective of this paper is to analyze scope of strategy, functioning and independency of monetary policy both ECB and DBB with purpose of using of this positive experience from side of the National Bank of Ukraine
