Future use plant material in brewing
Journal Title: Problems of Environmental Biotechnology - Year 2012, Vol 2, Issue 1
Abstract
An important characteristic of beer is balanced organoleptic and physicochemical parameters, their harmonious combination, but the beer is organic product with continued biochemical processes that contribute to the deterioration of taste properties. This research is dedicated to studying these processes, as well as obtaining balanced recipe of beer.
