GAME STRATEGIC MODELLING AND EXPRESS-FORESIGHTS IN MANAGING AND CONSULTING ENTERPRISES

Abstract

Forecasting and simulation are important components of two types of human activity-management and perception, where the construction and acceptance of the forecast is a managerial decision. the tasks of strategic forecasting for large managerial systems, territories, corporations have been successfully solved for a long time both in national and foreign practice by means of various methods including foresight forecasting, business, strategic and administrative games. Prognostic game is a game simulation of possible scenarios, plots, variants and possibilities in business and real-life situations. prognostic and close to them strategic games have been used in managing big groups, systems and territories for almost half a century both in staff and strategic forecasting and in foresight forecasting. however, the increase of the importance of human factor in the conditions of information society, growth of the volume of client-oriented services put forward the question of the development and implementation of the prognostic methods for medium-sized and small enterprises, groups, creative and scientific teams and human beings. Strategic and prognostic games are effective tools for forecasting, solving managerial tasks and corporate training. The essence of game simulation is the creation of the situation modelling important reality aspects in business, management, relations and other spheres. Game models allow specify the strategies for the enterprises' development, possible branching, scenarios and variants. Strategic game can be carried out with the aim of personnel training, modelling of crisis events, development of new products and services for market and other purposes. The most effective are strategic and prognostic games for the solution of tasks concerning management of scarce resources in difficult situations. The results of introducing personal prognostic games as a component of foresight research demonstrate their high effectiveness, value for customer, sufficient consulting effect. Game simulation is recommended to be used as a component of express-simulation - small prognostic research or full-scale foresight of both large and small systems.
