GƏNCLƏRLƏ SOSİAL İŞİN ƏSASLARI

Abstract
Xülasə Bəşəriyyətin yaşlandıqca yaşadığı körpəlik, uşaqlıq, gənclik, yetkinlik və qocalıq dövrlərinin ən mühüm mərhələlərindən biri olan gənclik mərhələsi insan həyatının ən dinamik, aktiv, sürətli, səmərəli, bəlkə də, ən çətin həyat proseslərindən biridir. Deyə bilərik ki, bir cəmiyyətdə bəşəri olaraq doğulmaqla, müxtəlif təcrübələr və sosiallaşma prosesləri nəticəsində “insan” olmağa doğru irəliləyirik. Sosial işin subyekti olan gənclərin sosial problemləri sosial iş obyektinin və sosial problemin subyektinin, yəni gənc nəslin xüsusiyyətlərinə görə spesifik xarakter daşıyır. Ona görə də təsadüfi deyil ki, sosial işçinin əsas fəaliyyət sahələrindən biri gənclərlə sosial işdir. Bu səbəbdən də müasir dövrdə gənclərlə sosial işin təşkili aktuallıq təşkil edir.
