GENDER ANALYSIS OF PERSONNEL POLICY IN THE SYSTEM OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the discovering of the gender equality regarding the women and men hiring and retaining on their positions in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The statistical data on the personnel (women and men) of the bodies belonging to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and central executive authorities which activity is directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs and the National Guard of Ukraine (an example of 2016–2017 years) is analyzed by the authors. Based on statistical data, a conclusion is made on the place of women in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and central executive bodies.
