GENDER EQUALITY AS A PRINCIPLE OF THE LEGAL STATUS OF THE PERSON

Abstract
The article examines the legal nature of gender equality and gender equality, studies the ratio of these concepts. From a position of constitutional law it is exploring the theoretical and legal basis of gender equality as a principle of the legal status of the person, considering the nature of the influence of the principle of equality in the legal status of the person in the conditions of a democratic state and civil society in Ukraine, studying the gender system and gender order.
